Pos Malaysia Customer Service = Lousy !

UPDATE: Pos office ask me to get my stuff from the post office today. Yes !

I am really doubtful about the service of Pos Malaysia. There is a customer service no for us to call their service agents to ask regarding our mails, parcel and etc.

But everytime i call them, no one picks up the phone. Usually hotline no like 1300 is machine automated. But for this Pos Malaysia, the phone can keep ringing until it stops by itself. The no is 1300-300-300.

I wanted to check with them my parcel because according to the tracking no, the parcel should be in the post office but not sure when will they deliver it to me.

The parcel is very important to me. And i hope i can receive it within these few days.
