I am not trying to tarnish their image but the delta business in kulim branch is really sucks. Can you imagine, i bought a computer table last month and until now i have not received my table yet. It has been more than 10 days which they promise to send it to us. When we call them, they just give us a lot of excuses. After that irresponsible sales girl (chrys chung) resigned, no one helped us to follow up. They say they will give us a call but none of them gives us a call. Irresponsible isn't it?
It has already been a month. Yet, i have not even received my computer table. So one word to describe their service. Sucks !. So next time if you want to buy from this company, think carefully first.
